StarSkate Junior Program

This program is designed for those skaters who have completed the CanSkate program although CanSkate is not a pre-requisite. The program is designed to cover the following areas:

• Free Skate: basic jumps and spins
• Skating Skills: Skaters learn edges and turns
• Dance: Various set pattern type dances (i.e. waltzes and tangos)

Group lessons will be offered on Mondays only. Private or Semi-Private lessons can be arranged by the parents with one of our professional coaches at the skater’s expense. NTDSC strongly recommends Private or Semi-Private lessons for advancement.

“Fall Skate” - This year the skating season for all junior and senior skaters will begin in early September in order to facilitate January's Frolic’s on Ice Competition in Tottenham. For the “Fall Skate” portion of the season please see the schedule below. Please note that regardless of a skaters start date in the season, the registration price remains the same as listed below.

Two Days: $600.00

Time: Monday 6:30pm-7:20pm,
Thursday 5:30pm-6:20pm
